We have very functional spacious floor plans and generous sized patios.

We are conveniently located close to employment centers, hospitals, schools, shopping, restaurants and churches.

We are walking distance to the local bus stop.

We have a list of criteria for screening our tenants. Please call for details or stop by our office.

You can stop by our office during office hours to put in an application or you can request to have an application emailed or faxed to you.

You will need 4 items: Driver's License or State Issued ID, Social Security Card, Application Fee ($35 per adult) and most recent one month's worth of pay-stubs (2 if you are paid bi-weekly, and 4 if you are paid weekly).

Water, trash, sewer and gas are included

Electric and cable. Cable is optional. You don't have to pay for cable if you choose not to subscribe to the service. Our cable provider is SuddenLink

Power bill varies based on providers (TXU, Direct Energy, Reliant, First Choice etc), term of service and usage.

Some tenants want their A/C set at 60 degree while others set their temperature at 80 degree. Obviously, the lower the setting the higher the bill.

No, we don't have the washer and dryer hookups in the units. However we have two onsite laundry facilities.

No, we are not. In general our rates are very affordable compared to other properties.

All our tenants must have a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent amount.

We are open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

We recommend you call before stopping by in case our office staff steps out to run errands.

Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only.

STEP 1. TAKE A TOUR

STEP 2. PUT AN APPLICATION

If you like what you see, fill out an application, return via fax (432-201-3377) or email (apply@ApartmentsInMidlandTX.com) and we will contact you within 24-48 hours with the status of your application.

STEP 3. QUALIFY AND MOVE IN

Once you are approved, you can come in to the office with the deposit, rent and sign the lease agreement.

Once the lease is signed, you will get the key to your apartment and you are ready to move in.
